Over the last 6 years I have bought 4 battery life extending devices called "Megapulse", for use in cars and tractors, from Solar Xpress of Caboolture. They now have a 7 year warranty, but at first the warrantee period was 5 years.
The first unit, with the 5 year warranty, at five years and three months decided to misbehave. I rang Solar Xpress who suggested that I return the unit to them and that they would contact Megapulse.
I posted the suspect unit to Solar Xpress on Monday 3rd April. A free replacement arrived on Thursday 6th April! Not even a charge for the Express Post.
This degree of service from Solar Xpress and Megapulse deserves a big thank you from me.
