In the Green
When we arrived back in Brisbane three weeks ago we found a package from Solar Xpress at our front door. It turned out to be a welcome power-saving extension lead, which was greatly appreciated. For various reasons it has taken us a while to get back into "normal" mode, but I decided to delay sending a "thank-you" note until I received my first quarterly account from Origin Energy. This arrived yesterday, and for the 69 days covered we are in credit $174. I am very happy with this, and hope that in succeeding quarters I can continue to be "in the green" rather than "in the red" despite the grey weather we have been experiencing over the past few weeks. Thanks for your persistence and good grace getting the system operational in the face of many unexpected problems encountered. I am definitely a satisfied customer.
