- We will notify you within 72 hours if the item/s you have ordered are out of stock.
- When an item is out of stock, an order is placed with the supplier/distributor. Delivery times from the supplier/distributor are out of our hands and there may be some delay in despatching your order.
- The cost of postage/freight is determined by the total weight of the order placed.
- Prices listed here are for the Product Only and does not include the cost of installation.

Delivery
- Most goods are shipped through Australia Post's regular parcel delivery service. Goods that cannot be sent through this service will be delivered by freight or available as pick up only from our store.
- All goods are packed securely and carefully to ensure safe delivery.

- Advertisements must be current and items identical
- Competitor must have stock available in quantity requested
- Competitor's premises must be within 100km of our store
- Competitor's conditions may apply i.e. payment type, location, freight, etc.
- Excludes trade buyers, online offers, commercial quantities, liquidation and clearance sales
- We reserve the right to limit sales to retail quantities
